the first sign of fall

as i wondered home through the back roads

i was looking for signs of fall

the leaves haven't changed yet but you can tell it will be soon

one thing i did notice was this pond, usually empty

was buzzing with visitors

it won't be long now when the geese start there long

flight south

lots of outdoor vendors
where i always find the best deals and more "junk"
than antiques
my 2 favorite finds to add to my brownie collection

as the days are getting shorter and the nites cooler

its good to see some color left in the garden
