i did learn a new technique
in class today using shellac and a blow torch
when it is done , i'll post a photo
shellac and a blow torch? oh my! I'd be too dangerous with those things in my hands. LOL Very pretty smiles.

ReplyDeleteThanks girls, I'm back in the grove and loved my class today. thanks to my friend Ludgera, for showing us the shellac technique.
ReplyDeleteit's really simple and unexpected.
we just coated our wax project with the shellac, wait for a few minutes and then used the blow torch, quickly so not to melt the wax, and small cracks appear.
