i've been organizing my photo files and came across these.............
taken in the fall on my way to georgian bay
every year i expect to see that it has finally fallen
this time i actually hopped the fence
(ignoring the warnings)
and got a few close up shots
i wish i could go inside
Faded and crooked - but oh so gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWonderful! I'd say it was worth the risk you took to hop the fence and get that gorgeous close-up of the weathered shingles and all the textures.
ReplyDeleteOh Nancy... how gorgeous... I especially love the second pic... what a wonderful image transfer that would make in a collage... lovely pics of an intriguing house...

What a fab find. Wouldn't it be great to fix it up and see it in all it's lovely glory.
ReplyDeleteThese photographs are truly amazing!
ReplyDeleteVery best wishes,

Great photos; I can see why you hopped the fence.
ReplyDeleteI know which house this is!! We drive past it on the way to the cottage. Great shot.

ReplyDeleteI stopped on the same highway too. Best house on the market for photographers.
ReplyDeleteFabulous!!! I remember seeing an old house like this up near Wiarton years ago. You could see the sky through the two front windows so the house looked just like a face to me. Wish I'd had a camera handy.
