hidden gem

on my visit to owen sound i went out one day just driving around

zig-zagging through the back roads and came across this sign

perennial gardens open daily 10-5

so i drove up the driveway to find this old estate

no one was there so to give me any info

i will defiantly go back next summer to see it in its glory

playing around

for my latest texture challenge

i offered 6 different ones for everyone to experiment with
for fun i add all of them plus some text to one photo and liked the effect

so i decided to merge them to create a new texture

i love this challenge

i am so inspired by every ones work and

have been spending more time working in ps

i will be posting results next tuesday so there is still time to play

it's that time of year again

spending 4 days on georgian bay with my dear friends

dede and mary, creating art, eating , drinking , telling stories.

laughing, lots of laughing and enjoying the spectacular view!!!
